Abstract

I will show in this paper how the law has its own reality existence that does not correspond to any internal or external reality. We can say that it has its own autonomy or similar ontology to Popper's three world or to the constitutive rules that Searle very well-conceived. Just Law is a social reality governed by constitutive rules that is the thesis I intend to develop in the following pages.
