Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the moral responsibility conception in the John Rawls work; even the American author does not bring any specific role about his work to the subject. Is possible to articulate this conception in base of two fundamental ideas about his theory; the person conception (whose roots are in the Kantian moral philosophy) and the social cooperation idea. Can be shown how the Rawls approach allows speaking in a responsibility sense in front of the future generations. Finally, it will seek to raise some limitations or a disadvantage that performs the responsibility idea which become detached of the Rawls proposal.
