The article analyzes the mutation of contemporary capitalism towards a model that systematically produces exclusion and death as a condition of its reproduction. To this end, it reconstructs the genealogy of colonialism as a solution to the internal contradictions of continental capitalism, and examines the secularization of truth in Capital as the foundation of a new theodicy. The concept of 'techno-feudalism' is presented as a structural diagnosis of a system where power is exercised through the control of data, digital platforms, and migratory flows. Integrating necropolitics (Mbembe), 'bare life' (Agamben), and the critique of sacrifice as prix de sang (Sánchez Ferlosio), it argues that death has ceased to be the ontological limit of power and has become its most refined instrument. The central thesis holds that platform capitalism is not going through yet another crisis, but a terminal mutation that demands the imagining of forms of common life not based on infinite accumulation or the exclusion of the other. Against the logic of 'selective survival,' the article defends the need to reconstruct spaces of dialogical truth from the margins and excluded subjectivities, in line with the critical tradition from Benjamin to Arendt.
